Cyclone Manufacturing

MultiCam Canada installed a 3000 Series CNC Waterjet along with the KMT 90,000 PSI 125 HP pump for its customer, Cyclone Manufacturing. Cyclone Manufacturing has an impressive history that began with the production of aircraft parts and were the first to manufacture indexable cutters, which are now used throughout the industry. Due to demand Cyclone expanded its sheet-metal fabrication, assembly and heat treatment capabilities with the addition of a second, state-of-the art 40,000 square foot facility in Milton, Ontario. The 3000 Series CNC Waterjet was an important addition to Cyclone Manufacturings fabrication because of its versatility in cutting applications. The 3000 Series CNC Waterjet gives Cyclone Manufacturing the ability to cut their 4″ titanium material accurately and as quickly as possible. Including MultiCam’s 3000 Series CNC Waterjet alongside their equipment under one roof enables Cyclone to deliver comprehensive and cost-effective sheet metal fabrication services, all in one place. In addition to cutting and forming, Cyclone also provides on-site heat treatment, aging, freezing, sub-zero storage, and corrective forming.
