Heavy Duty waterjet designed for pure water applications
The MJT Pure Water CNC Waterjet is constructed on the same sturdy platform as its 3-axis and 5-axis counterparts but operates without an abrasive delivery system. The tank is built of thick plate steel, with galvanized steel slats and slat supports to resist corrosion. Thick, heavy duty bellows keep out water and and protect the automatically lubricated helical rack and pinion motion system. Bosh Rexroth Intensifier technology and Bosch Controller provide a globally recognized platform designed for heavy industrial use. Pure Water cutting is a great option for foam, some forms of gasket making, insulation, fabrics, and food items.

The MJT Pure Water CNC Waterjet can effortlessly process packaging foam materials, thin plastics, cork, textiles, and food products. The flexibility to add multiple cutting heads increases productivity significantly over single-head machines, while the optional manual tilt feature allows for quick and easy creation of tapered edges. Additionally, an optional manifold for controlling individual head on/off proves useful when only one or two heads are needed, enhancing the machine’s versatility for a wide range of applications.
