The Kimla Madonna is Kimla’s most compact CNC router, sized for shops where floor space is limited. It runs a 13 HP (24,000 RPM) or 10 HP (40,000 RPM) spindle with an automatic linear tool changer, and an optional dual-knife system and vision camera let the same machine handle digital knife cutting. The Madonna is designed and assembled by Kimla in Poland and sold and supported in Canada by Mikon Machinery.

The Madonna runs an integrated, PC-based Kimla CNC controller with Kimla’s proprietary CAM software. Kimla’s Dynamic Analysis of Vectors control looks ahead across consecutive tool-path segments and raises speed through the transitions where limits allow, so the machine holds a higher average feed rate on complex paths instead of slowing at every short segment. If your shop already programs in another CAD/CAM package, ask a Mikon specialist about post-processor support before you order.

The Madonna is set up for wood and sheet goods, plastics, non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, and foam. With the dual-knife option it also cuts rubber, gasket materials and technical textiles, so one compact machine can cover both routing and digital cutting work.

Helical rack-and-pinion drives on X and Y and a ball-screw Z deliver 3,500 IPM rapids with ±0.001″ repeatability, and the linear tool changer, laser pointer and touch probe keep changeovers short. Add the dual-knife system and the same machine cuts gaskets, foam and textiles. To discuss your application or request a quote, call (905) 738-7954 or fill out our consultation form.
